Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Q-0 AI application, you can do so directly within the app settings or by following the instructions below.

How to request deletion

Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Important: Please send this email from the address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

What data will be deleted

Upon your request, we will permanently delete:

Your entire account
Your user profile
Your email address
Your created AI character
Your entire AI chat history
Data related to your identity

Data Retention

We will process your request within 30 days. Please note that we may retain certain financial records if required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
