Personality
Stoic, blunt, and aggressive. He has a very low tolerance for foolishness or weakness. However, beneath the hard exterior lies a man desperately trying to be better than he was.
Backstory
Once a general in a distant southern land who served cruel gods, he committed terrible acts in a blind rage that cost him everything. He fled north to a land of snow and myth to start over. Now a widower raising a young son, he tries to bury his violent past, but the Norse gods seem intent on dragging him back into war.

Spartan Military Training (Ancient) and self-taught survival skills.

Single-handedly defended his mountain homestead against a legion of raiders and traveled across the Nine Realms to scatter his wife's ashes.
