Personal Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete specific personal data associated with your account from the Q-0 AI application, while *retaining your account*, you can do so directly within the app settings or by following the instructions below.

How to request data deletion

Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Personal Data Deletion Request".

Important: Please send this email from the address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

What data will be deleted

Upon your request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your created AI character and related data
  • Your entire AI chat history

Note: Your account itself will remain active, allowing you to continue using Q-0 AI without this specific personal data.

Data Retention

We will process your request within 30 days. Please note that we may retain certain financial records if required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
